The bathroom need to be upgraded , the water leaks on the shower floor
Breakfast sekection could have more protein

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions.
The beds and the room itself were really small.
And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature,
I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

We had a room with a beautiful view. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was served with a large variety and staff were very accommodating.
