Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money.

The breakfast was about the only reality good thing there. Dinner was blah and chicken too salty. Salads are better at a street vendor. Our room came with a playpen setup and we didn’t need one. Pool bar closed early and employee said he felt like closing.
Very disappointed for what you charge.

Hope you are very patient.
Posted 2 Jun 2021 on HotelsThe check in was very slow and unprofessional.
We were alone in checking in and it took over 45 minutes. Management was not at all accommodating with a later checkout.
Staff needs to learn to smile.
