"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My son got an ear infection yo the end of our hokiday and they couldn't have done enough. They called a dr and within 15 minutes he was in our room. We were unable to fly and tgey extended our stay and were amazing. Food is exceptional. This is our 2nd visit and we will definitely return. The animation team are unbelievable, so hard working as are the reception, waiters and bar staff. 5 stars +"

"The property was so well kept, staff were all very keen to help and had proud in their work. The apt was very spacious, clean had everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering. We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then. Only negative comment, the towels seemed a bit old and therefore they seemed to have a strange smell (dampness) which was a bit off putting. I would...

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, food is very good. It is centrally located so you can easily visit the whole island. The hotel is somewhat sparsely staffed, but everyone is friendly and helpful. We visited during the summer and the trade winds were so strong umbrellas couldn't be opened, which left us with no shade whatsoever. Kitesurfing was great though! Overall a wonderful stay."

"Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂"
