Out of this world!

So much thought and attention to detail make this beautifully piece of paradise located on the cusp of the beach. Once experienced, you wont want to stay anywhere else. Cannot wait to return.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with the most amazing amenities and ambience. Staff went above and beyond every way possible to make our stay the most memorable time! Definitely the best star experience I've ever experienced in all the hotel's ive stayed in over the past 10 year's. True diamond in lanzarote. Worth every single penny!

Outstanding experience

Possibly the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We booked for 4 nights and ended up extending for another 5 nights as we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The decor is quite extravagant, which won’t be to everyone’s taste, but it’s a really beautiful resort with immaculately maintained gardens and great facilities including free bikes, access to the main town gym/leisure centre, Netflix, complimentary drinks, complimentary laundry service, heated pool and beach access; many of the suites also have private jacuzzis. The restaurant is one of the best in Lanzarote (highly recommend the tuna tataki but every dish is fantastic). But it’s the flawless service that makes it genuinely exceptional, from the cava and private tour on arrival through to every interaction with the team. Ingrid and Jonathan on reception, the cleaners, the restaurant team, Lani himself - all will do anything to make sure you have a perfect stay. Their numerous Tripadvisor awards are completely justified. We will definitely be back.

A PIECE OF HEAVEN ❤

We stayed at Lani's Suites de Luxe, Puerto del Carmen for 9 nights in October 2019. Honestly, its the first time I felt sad to leave a hotel. We were treated like rolyalty from an extremely friendly staff! After 2 days we upgraded our room to a bigger one with jaccuzi and oceanfront view as they gave us a good deal we could not refuse; no regrets it was worth every penny. The food was top notch as well. Most beautiful vacation in every way. Thank-you Lani, Antonio, Ingrid and the rest of your highly professional staff for our memorable vacation in Lanzarote!! Boutique Hotel in Paradise Surroundings

This hotel is probably the best i have ever stayed in and i have been in many 5 star hotels. The staff are so friendly and will go out of there way to assist you to your needs. The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxing and the views are amazing overlooking the ocean. Free cocktails and snacks around the pool area, where also you can get soft drinks and sun tan lotions. You can get free facials around the pool which makes it even more relaxing. The restaurant is well furnished facing the ocean and the food is amazing. The lamb shoulder is the best i have ever tasted.Yon cannot go wrong with Lani`s if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. 10 out of 10 for the hotel and hard working staff. You will not be disappointed. It has won many awards for its quality including best boutique hotel in Europe and 2nd in the World . I can see why and you should see for yourself, you won`t be disappointed

We keep coming back and will continue to do so!

We had a wonderful stay as usual (this is now our 4th stay at Lani’s). Every time we go the level of service keeps getting better with little extras being added each time as well as the staff doing everything possible to make our stay perfect. When a request is made of the staff the phrase “Of course - you are home now!” is often used and this really is how they try and make you feel - like you are at home and amongst people who care for you in beautiful accommodation. The restaurant food is lovely and it’s no surprise that the restaurant itself has won awards for being the best in Lanzarote. The hotel itself has not just won awards for being the best in Lanzarote or even just in Europe, but also in the World and we can see why. We love it here and can’t wait to make a return.

ein besonderes Hotel mit dem BESTEN Personal.

Wir verbrachten 14 wunderschöne, relaxte Tage im Lani's adults only hotel. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Die ganze Anlage, Umgebung und Suiten, Restaurant ist in weiss gestaltet und äusserst gepflegt und ausgezeichnet unterhalten. Wir hatten Suite 5 von der wir jeden Morgen direkt vom Bett einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang genossen, Das ganze Personal ist sehr motiviert und zuvorkommen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Da es direkt beim Hotel keine Parkplätze hat wurde unser Mietauto vom maintenance service parkiert und am Morgen wieder gebracht. Das Hotel ist nicht billig, aber jeden Cent wert, zudem sind sehr viele extras/Annehmlichkeiten inbegriffen, wie z.B. Abholservice vom und zum Flughafen, Kühlschrank am pool mit Gratisgetränke und sogar Sonnencreme wird am pool zur Verfügung gestellt, Minibar im Zimmer wird 2xtäglich aufgefüllt (Softgetränke und Bier sind gratis), sogar der Wäscheservice ist gratis. All diese extras tragen zu einer relaxten Atomsphäre bei. Wir können dieses Hotel in jeder Beziehung weiter empfehlen.

Its a little piece of heaven. The facility is beautifully positioned right on the sea front and is perfectly laid out to give a magical experience for all that stay there. The staff are amazing and clearly see the hotel as their own and have a passion to ensure everyone that stays has an amazing time. I couldnt fault anything and the attention to detail with the suites, pool area, restaurant and facilities is one of the best Ive seen...simply incredible place...we will be back.

Dieses schmucke Hotel hat die Maximalbewertung in jeder Hinsicht verdient! Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung mitten im touristisch-quirrligen Puerto del Carmen. Der Staff ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen fabelhaft, ebenso der Pool und die Lage direkt am Strand. Eigentlich muss ich gar nicht mehr viel dazu sagen: Dieses kleine, aber feine Hotel ist schlichtweg top!
