Friendly apartment staff and nice pool. Only there for 3 nights but enjoyed our stay. It was a lot farther away from Puerto del Carmen than I thought but obviously that was my mistake. Taxi’s not expensive and I hired a car from reception desk.

Checking in easy and friendly. The apartments are a little dated but spacious and most importantly clean and have everything needed for our stay. although getting a little tired this is a really nice place to stay for a short break, only minutes from the sea front at Matagorda with its shops and bars, the staff are always polite and welcoming to their visitors and there is a nice little bar/restaurant on site for drinks and snacks, or a selection of meals is available. Would recommend.

staff always pleasant & helpful. Surroundings clean. But our apartment was unsuitable for habitation due to damp, rotting windows, peeling paint & unpredictable shower which could change from boiling hot to cold.

We stayed 8 nights. From check in the staff were attentive and friendly, and this continued throughout the stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and fairly modern with a pool and sea view which was an added bonus. It could have done with some maintenance, there were minor cracks in the walls in the bedroom and the window in the bathroom did not shut fully, but these items did not detriment our stay. There is a supermarket and cafe/restaurant on site which were great and the pool area is big compared to others in the area. Overall for what we paid it was good value for money.
