"Location was fantastic just next to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a park in front However I requested for a room near the lift but was not given , perhaps it’s because I checked in night ! Room was big clean and comfortable"

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. ..."

"I always stay here when visiting my mum, i Stayed 7 nights, overall is good, but the air conditioner was not working. The room temperature is 25 C, it's in middle of March. Temperature 15 C daytime outside. The service is still good, they gave me a fan."
