Bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub ; it wasn’t cleaned. I have a video to show the condition. The sorry the bathroom would not close. The elevator was not working. Checked several times at the front desk in the morning to express my concerns but no one was there. I’d like to determine how to get a refund for this stay.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not functioning. Very hard for a couple of seniors. No offer for a room on lower floor. Not the best breakfast either. This facility really needs to improve!

Nothing to complain about. Will definitely book again. Elivator was down, but they did everything to accommodate us. Couldn't ask for more.

I just didn’t feel safe as a female travelling alone. Upon check-in, the attendant was super nice but let me know I was the only woman staying in the hotel. I just felt a bit uneasy knowing this especially given the area. The elevator was down for maintenance and I was booked on the top floor (5th floor). I’m 5.5 months pregnant so this wasn’t ideal unfortunately. When I got to my room, it was very cold as the heaters were not turned on. The thermostat read as 60 degrees, and by the next morning it only came up to 64 degrees. There was a leak on the ceiling above the toilet which meant that you would have water dropped on you if you used the toilet… I want to emphasize the staff was great, but it was just the condition of the room and location that wasn’t so great.
