Staff were very professional and friendly, there’s great dining right in the building, easy access to parking and rooms were very clean and well kept.

nice place in general, clean and friendly staffs. Just the noise of air conditioner and outside are too loud. Also, prepared if there is going to be dog’s barking since it is pet-friendly.

Lovely hotel, decent up to date amenities, friendly knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was awesome, not the cheap type. Very cozy rooms, I wish my room had a microwave but I still enjoyed my stay. I definitely will return to Superior Shores Hotel by BW.

The property is in a ok location The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained.The only thing we could say is that we entered through the back parking, and the way to the elevator was never really clean well. To be fair it is a messy season. But maybe if they cleaned it couple times during the day it would make that area much better. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection. We would stay there again.

New fence around the parking lot makes the once not as safe area way safer. Super clean room, nice staff, no issues for a good price.
