The guest had breakfast at the main breakfast table and after finishing, refused to move to the lounge area for another family to have breakfast. After verbally abusing our staff infront of other guests, guest demanded a refund for the following nights which we obliaged without any cancellation fees to avoid further escalation, with the guest staying just one night at the hotel. At Dhoadhi Retreat, we wish to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for all our guests and hope every stay is enjoyable and memorable here in The Maldives.
