Stayed here for one night! The property is great! The hotel was decorated with Halloween stuff so cute! Staff was super sweet! Slept like a baby! Even more convenient there was a gas station and a McDonalds super close!

The hotel is decent. The Front desk attendant was nice. I just expect for a hotel that im paying over $100 for 1 night to have actual breakfast. They advertise breakfast, but its just dollar store poptarts, crackers, and granola bars and a coffee machine. Very disappointing

Tanesha, thank you for taking time out of our your day to leave us your candid review of our hotel, its staff and the "to-go" breakfast that we provide and we clearly advertise in all of our descriptions. We certainly do not advertise a "hot breakfast". If you go to our home page, you will see we are all about full disclosure. In fact, we keep our breakfast out for longer hours than most in the hospitality industry for the convenience of our guests and we try to provide a breakfast that is better in quality and quantity than our direct competitors: Extended Stay America where you get a "grab and go" breakfast of a piece of fruit and/or protein bars according to their ads. Or our other competitor Woodspring Suites where you get hot coffee and NOTHING else. Thank you and have a great day.

Very Quiet

The building is currently under some exterior repair. It was very quiet. Not a place to go stay with a family though, it more of a quick passerby place to stop and rest for a bit to continue a long trip.

These reviews are our favorite because we know who these customers in a precognitive fashion. They fall into a certain consumer demographic and there are countless threads written about this consumer demographic on forums like Reddit. They are the ones who are always at the front of the line on a cruise ship on disembarkation day demanding something from the purser's desk, no matter how hard the cruise ship staff tried to placate them. They are also the ones that are the first to complain about anything and anything to streaming companies, cellular companies, restaurants, retail stores, movie theaters, etc. And in Barbara's defense, she did not complain about anything in precise terms! She just didn't like anything according to her review. There is nothing we as service providers can do to make the unhappy, happy. So, when I read this review, I expected more of the same. The fact we received a 6 out of 10 is not a problem. For some, the world is mediocre and they grade their experiences in shades of mediocrity. And again, in Barbara's review she said she didn't like anything about our property. That's what stood out to us. We deliberately upgraded Barbara to our "airbnb" suite which is a little more spacious and we consistently receive high marks from our other guests (5/5). In spite of this, according to Barbara's review, she didn't like anything at all. So, in that case, we ask ourselves, why even bother? We are NOT in the business to placate the implacable. And based upon countless threads on Reddit, many other service providers are also in the same mindset. If our best is not good enough, then we can't meet your expectations no matter what we do. If you don't like staying in the newest hotel of our area, with the latest service enhancements, latest refurbishments, latest technologies and the most conveniences of our location, go find some place else. We are not your hotel.
