Very rude personal saying they only accept credit cards for deposit no cash accepted at all at this place. Then when checking out they dont automatically give deposit back when leaving they just say it will be there in 3 to 5 business days, and thats when you find out your not getting your deposit back

Hello Lauri,We do apologize for the issues you had with your security deposit. We did review your reservation and see that you tampered with the smoke alarm in your room. This is a safety issue and can result in fines from the fire department.

Will refuse to refund you your nights if you can’t keep your reservation even though in their policy it says they will keep one night of reservation, monies, then refund the remaining nights.
