"The location and views can’t be beat. Perfect area for everything to see, eat and do. Though, considering the property is fairly new, the room maintenance has not been kept up or modernized. Broken handles and flooring, clogged sinks and ungraded shower that fills the bathroom with water, no USB charging ports, only one mirror in the entire two bedroom apt. which was in the bathroom and since there isn’t a fan, it was always fogging up. "The curtains and blinds in the room made itvery dark which was fabulous for sleeping. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom which was tricky. There was only 1 saucepan and the lid didnt fit so cooking was difficult. The location was perfect for where we needed to get to. Front desk staff were very polite and very helpful. "

"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Plenty of options for eating right outside the hotel with restaurants and supermarkets. In a safe and quiet area. Parking is $15 a night wifi is free. The food markets are a 5-10min walk. "

Lovely, would book again

"Lovely hotel. I was a teeny bit disappointed on arrival, the lady that checked me in provided no information, including how I get to my room. Info on the bar, or restaurant, pool/gym location, parking etc would have made me feel welcome. But overall, the room was nice, the bed was super comfortable! I booked based on the gym pic, was a bit disappointed the treadmill didn't work, the bike seat couldn't be adjusted. This left the elliptical and row machine. There are also medicine balls and a nice daily schedule chalked for body weight exercises. No weights, i thought i saw them in the pics? Dinner at the restaurant was ok. They did have Grasshoppper cocktails, they were amazing! Brekky was expensive, a buffet style and the waiter organised specially cooked eggs for me so I was happy. Onsite coffee, coffee was good! Taxi from airport was $70 i thoguh that was pretty expensive. "

"To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from a lower priced place like this. But it was genuinely great! Good room. Nicely renovated. No street noise (I was on the 4th floor). Lovely staff. And there is a connected restaurant if you need food. Would def stay again. "

"Great staff at front counter who went out of their way to help. Received an upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were a great size for our needs and it was a simple quick walk to queen st mall etc. very happy with our stay and will definitely look at booking there again when next in Brisbane"
