"We had a warm welcome and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient . The didn’t mention the loyalty to join to get 10% off food and drink it was only I noticed it on the wall. "We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three.
