Very pleasant stay
Posted 17 Sep 2019 on HotelsPopular family run hotel in centre of historic Thorn. Owners and staff very attentive to our needs and requirement for gluten free meals. Hotel and restaurant is clean and well maintained. Very nice breakfast buffet and tasty dinner. The room we stayed in was not big, but what you would expect in an older hotel in the Netherlands. Our stay at this property was very pleasant.

Recommended but not really more then that....
Posted 14 Jul 2015Had a good stay for three nights. Clean (bath)room, very nice breakfast and good price. Owner is definitely in need of a customer service class though. Grumpy, of cigarettes smelling man who rather counts his money then go the extra mile for his clientele. We needed to leave early, but no chance of an early (take away) breakfast. Only: "Just leave the key in your room", and a non-verbal "don't wake me up when you're leaving the building". Would still recommend the place though, and Thorn is a nice little town for a nice stroll.
