Oasia Novena oasis perfect stopover!
Stayed for 3 nights in transit back to Aus after 5 weeks in Europe. The hotel was a perfect stopover to rest and relax after a heavy “tourist” schedule. The room was very comfortable and the Oasia Club membership was excellent value. The club team with Charmine were wonderful hosts!

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights on holiday. Good location with several shopping centres around. We were able to check out at 1pm and stay and use the pool etc until we left for the airport at 7pm. The main downfalls we found- water pressure in shower is next to none. The water was also cold often- no matter how long we kept the water running. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Front counter staff need to answer the phone line for reception and need to be more friendly also.

Very nice location, the underground is downstairs and two shopping malls (Velocity and Square 1) just across the street. Nice pool area, but very few chairs and NO umbrella och protection from the sun. Nice staff and breakfast buffet. Minus for the glass wall in the room to the shower/toilet, you can see what is happening there....

great hotel with everything closeby. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable. My only negative was that the living room area is only available if you pay more and its the best place to sit for meetings and working. A bar on the 8th floor would have helped

I booked a superior room but they did not have a room with double bed available at the time of check in. We were instead given an accessible room with double bed which is fine. The hotel is only about 20mins drive from Changi airport. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping comes in daily. It is right next to a mall and Novena station so travel is convenient. Even though it is also next to Tan Toc Seng hospital, it is very quiet. We did not get to try the pool but it looked really good.

Staff were all very polite and the hotel location was great for the MRT. Was a little noisy at times on my floor level and could hear people in the corridor talking, running, slamming doors etc.
