This was a very disappointing experience. Our room was not very clean, dead bugs on windowsill, gross. Breakfast was a huge disappointment: only sweet stuff, no eggs, no sausage, no fresh fruit, no oatmeal, no tea or decaf coffee, no water pitcher or water bottles, coffee was not even in the breakfast area. No elevator in building. No fitness center. No canopy or overhang area where we could unload our car, we got soaking wet from the rain while lugging in all our luggage and supplies. No luggage carrier on wheels. This motel or hotel was very dated, with little or no normal amenities and conveniences. To make matters worse, the toilet in our hotel room became completely clogged/plugged and unuseable, just from normal usage, and the employees didn't seem to bat an eye or offer any assistance. One said she might be able to get us a plunger but never did. Because of the time change (daylight savings time) we kept getting locked out of our room. We would like to speak to someone about this and get some sort of partial refund or credit. We've stayed in many places over the years and have never had such an all-around bad experience.

Easy to find property next to a golf course, staff were friendly n good bed to sleep on. I’d stay there again!

Very friendly staff! Loved the bar in the hotel. Definitely would stay again.

They had a golf event, all the golfers ate the breakfast items, so by the time we ate at 8:30 am, nothing was left ir restocked.

The bathroom vanity was small. You could hardly put make up or your toothbrush supplies on there… Had to set stuff on the back of the toilet if you wanted more space…The shower creaked like there was nothing below the tub shell. My tile was cracked like they had to dig under it. Outdated inside rooms. Get what you pay for. Said they had a continental breakfast… I'm not sure that I having a waffle maker constitutes as a continental breakfast. Disappointing .

This is our go to place to stay when we come back home. The staff provides EXCEPTIONAL service every time!
