People were friendly when you walked in. Dressed more appropriately yhan last HI. Brkfemst great and so was the food manager. Thank you

While on a road trip, I stopped here as a cheap option for a single night. Staff was great, rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was better than most hotels offer. When considering price, this was probably the best night spent on the entire trip. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Ice wasn’t available on and floor.

Lack of cleanliness was the biggest issue. There were hairs in the tub and throughtout the bathroom floor. The furniture in the room was outdated, paint cracked and pilling from the walls, areas that had been previously patched and poorly painted over, and rusted handles in the shower.

Terrica I do appreciate you giving us the specifics about your stay. It is upsetting, of course, as cleanliness is our number 1 priority. I will be retraining the housekeeper that serviced your room.As far as room condition we have a major room update going on over the next 6 months. I know that doesn't excuse current condition, but the future is bright! I hope you give us another chance the next time you're in town.

There was nobody at the property. I’m 83 years old. The lady put us on the third floor on the back of the property. I had to walk a quarter of a mile just to get to my room.

I'm sorry Robert. I agree. The walk from the elevator to the room you were assigned is pretty long.I'm not sure if she had better options for you or not, but I will speak to her about making sure she assigns rooms that are appropriate for each guest.Hope to see you again!
