Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.
Some other soap than Irish Spring would be nice.
Also cut the bagels in half for toasting. (Breakfast).
More towel racks in the bathroom would be great.
Room was clean.

Positive was the property was close to the family we were visiting. The cost per night was reasonable. Especially due to other chain hotels charging exorbitant prices because of college sports .
Negative was our room, reserved a month in advance was given to my husband’s brother 20 minutes before we arrived and we were told there were no more rooms. The brother’s reservation was cancelled because he did not show up the day before when his reservation was to begin. The manager, Jen, only looked at the last name and did not correctly verify ID. We ended up in the only available room, a handicap room, with 2 double beds, not the one we paid for and reserved. Management did discount the room, we had to stay in because they knew they screwed up and the brother refused to give up our reserved room. A lousy visit.

Dear SirI really feel very bad that why I gave you a compliment. I was not supposed to do so any favor to you.Also I am telling this openly that now the discount that I was supposed to give in your next stay at my hotel, that will not be avail to you any more.Because person like you doesn’t deserve any complimentary.It was just a mistake that my front desk person thought by the surname was same. And you are just crying like a bagger small baby. Really same on you.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke smell was horrible. Room definitely needed to be deep cleaned very good and the smoke smell removed. Ac and tv worked great. After showering I felt dirty from the heavy smoke smell. I did not request another room because it was so late when I arrived, I just dealt with it.

Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe worst experience ever. I did not think to take photos of the all mildew in the bathroom. The smell in the room was permanent and awful.

The facilities were very inexpensive comparative to the surrounding area. The facilities were clean. The clerk and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was okay not fabulous but considering the rate it made up for it. I will book another reservation for this place again.
