"Our stay was starter in the worst way possible. Once arrived the room assigned was dirty and different from the one reserved. It was really hard to make them understand that the pictures reported on the website were completely different from the reality! So they Tried to change the room and once there the air conditioner definitively stopped to go!! The day after they fixed a new one air conditioner but we asked for a real superior room and finally we moved to a better room a little bit more...
