Poor quality and service
Posted 24 Jan 2022 on HotelsThe stay was pathetic. The hotel has posted beautiful pictures on website to attract customers. The actual room was really in bad condition. The wall papers were torn, the accessory items listed on websites were missing. The wash room lights were working partially. they don't bother change lights when the blowup. The door handle in washroom was too rusty.
The most amazing part was that I had booked it through hotels.com which charged me a higher rate than the hotels onsite charges (told by reception). It was still fine because i trusted hotels.com. But when I extended my stay for few more days, the hotel charged me the same higher price equal to hotels.com and then when I enquired with hotels.com, they were not even aware of this. So the people at reception cheated me on this. If they extended it without informing hotels.com then they should have charged me their lower price and not the same higher price.
I complained it to hotels.com and the hotels.com said they tried multiples times in more than a months time to contact the hotel staff for a refund of 1 day as compensation and the hotel never cooperated or responded to their calls. The hotels.com ultimately compensated it from their side.
I would say the hotel staff except the cashier/manager were all very cooperative but they charge for a very poorly maintained hotel room at a higher price. You will get much better and comfortable rooms in the same price in nearby areas.

Pathetic experience... A cattle shed from Treebo
Posted 15 Jul 2019 on HotelsIt is a pathetic hotel, I have seen. Treebo is showing heavy discount for small room with size of a cattle shed. I booked the hotel for a day, I confirmed that I am coming late, But the receptionist calls even in the midnight at odd hours 12.30 am to confirm arrival. And they provide a breakfast with canned juice, and tea from a tea maker, chilled Dosa, sambar. Seems they are taking food from outside.And totally rude , even asked for a few hours extension ( most of the rooms were vacant). Tough on rules, but pathetic on the service. Treebo is really cheating people adding such low quality properties and putting heavy discount and photos show are quite different from original size of the room. Do not ever book this hotel. And quite a different rule, they expect you to fill entire details in the form, even after giving a visiting card and valid ID proof, including a signature proof.

Pathetic hotel.. no exhaust.. no customer service
Posted 4 Jul 2018Pathetic hotel.. no exhaust in toilets and very small rooms... manager doesn’t care about the grievance of customer... when we raised an issue to him to moved out of the hotel and went back home.
Pls don’t ever book this hotel.
Have no clue on how Expedia rates the hotels.. I will put this on FB too.

Not so clean

Clean and Simple

good for short stay
Posted 24 Jun 2017 on Hotelsv comfortable room. no lift pr elevator. breakfast minimal but its good. room service and food taste excellent. they charge for any extra room cleaning. vv helpul staffs. nice wifi.
