Swimming pool in need of renovation Room not cleaned in 4 days No toilet paper Generally dirty and grubby The fridge we requested on arrival was delivered a day later, but they turned it of every day We were booked in for 15 nights but left after 4. "This trip was with family, however it turns out to be worst trip ever during new year time. After paying that much,,, there was nothing as like even 1 star resort. Rooms were old and fixtures were coming out. Bathrooms were not good. Shower panels were rusted,. Swimming pool was not cleaned. No one,, including other guests was able to use pools. Even giving the feedback, it was not done.. Same views were expressed by most of the guests.This was really disappointing."
