The condition of the suite was very good and location was excellent. I thought that although the balcony was large it was a bit noisy from all the generators located in the vicinity. Additionally this is very much a self running apart-hotel so if you need to leave your luggage after check out etc it may prove tricky since the floor the rooms are located is not manned by a reception.

Great location, on a side street right off the waterfront. Unassuming building, but very sleek rooms with excellent interior design. I enjoyed the balcony as well. Check in went smoothly and staff was very friendly and helpful.
