The shower was broken and had to be held while in use. No bath mat. No saucepan, oven pan or microwave bowls, although an oven and a microwave were provided. Some junk had been left in the drawers.

I had a barley not terrible stay

The extra sheets that were provided were stained and disgusting. The shower overfilled with water and was stagnant. The couch had stains covering it. There was an iron board but no iron at the property. There was no soap in the bottle inside the shower provided by the property. The building smelled like raw sewage.

Avoid at all costs

The most HORRIBLE thing I have ever experienced in my 38 years of traveling as a Professional Bus Driver in Europe. Literally MISERABLE accommodation. Furniture that only by a miracle has not fallen apart. A bed with a mattress that not only does not sleep but requires ORTHOPEDIC after as long as you can stand it, I slept on a sample sofa that they had in the living room because it was simply NOT possible on that bed, not even SOLDIERS could stand it. All the furniture was dirty and full of stains beyond imagination. The bathroom was full of hair everywhere and the drain was clogged with water going back. The whole place smelled awful, something between Mold and Sewer I could write many pages with this HORRIBLE experience of mine. Of course I have a full set of PHOTOS that show what I am complaining about. The icing on the cake or else the epilogue. With cheap evasions THEY DO NOT PROVIDE AN INVOICE for the accommodation (God forbid).

Der schlimmste Ort, an dem ich je war! Leute, sucht überall anders, aber bloß nicht hier! Ich habe ein schönes Zimmer von einem Foto gebucht. Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich eine Nachricht mit einer anderen Adresse erhalten. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war ich schockiert. Es hat gestunken, war dreckig und sah komplett anders aus als auf dem Foto! Kein warmes Wasser und wirklich schmutzig! Als ich die Rezeption angerufen habe, fing die Dame an sich zu rechtfertigen, dass es in dem Haus, in dem ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte, einen Abwasserschaden gegeben hätte (darüber wurde ich im Voraus nicht informiert). Sie meinte auch, ich hätte jetzt eine bessere Lage – das war mir aber völlig egal. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich mein Geld zurückhaben möchte, denn nicht nur war ich an einem anderen Ort, sondern dieser war auch extrem schmutzig. Dann bot man mir ein anderes Zimmer auf einem anderen Stockwerk an. Dieses Zimmer war zwar besser. Die erste Zimmer: Badezimmer waren dreckig, der Luftfilter war eklig, Haare und Flecken auf der Matratze, schwarze Spinnweben an der Decke und ein staubiger Gestank – nach zehn Minuten bekam ich Bauchschmerzen. Ich kann es wirklich absolut nicht empfehlen!!!!

Die Matratze war so schlecht dass man darauf nicht schlafen konnte, von 14 Tagen habe ich 12 Tage auf der Couch geschlafen das was war auch nicht gut aber besser. In der Dusche waren in allen Ecken Schimmel, den Duschkopf konnte man nirgends befestigen. Der Kunststoff Boden ist beschädigt und verschlissen. Ein Zimmerservice gab es über den kompletten Aufenthalt nicht. Ein Salonikiproblem kein Parkraum in der näheren Umgebung.

l’appartamento si presenta sporco vicino al letto e in bagno come da foto. Inoltre presente un solo tegame come da foto. Ho chiesto per quasi due ore un asciugacapelli perché quello che c’è nn funziona anche avvalendomi del servizio clienti hotel.com ma nulla. Loro non rispondono, nessuno è reperibile. non capisco come si può gestire una struttura così.

Likes: Perfect for long weekend getaway of 2-3 days. Close to everything (restaurants, sights). Banks and grocery store very close by. On a side street tucked away from busy main streets. 2 min walk to Ammon Express tour pick up at Hotel Capsis. Safe neighborhood despite graffiti on the block. Easy access to airport bus. On main bus lines. Property recently renovated so clean lines inside the building. Easy to come/go. Dislikes: No permanent on-site presence. Check-in can be tricky if delayed at airport and you miss your window. Eventually discovered contact via WhatsApp works best with Dimitris. Orientation information in the room for the building to include WiFi code, refresh period, emergency contact would have been helpful. Need hooks in bathroom (room 104); towels don't dry well making refresh on towels/sheets every 2 or 3 days difficult. Overall: Would recommend working out details ahead of time and be persistent.
