There were no parking spots available. During the venue g I had circle multiple times around the hotel. The bathroom smelled bad, which came from the pipes. During our 4 night stay not once was our room cleaned.

Pleasant stay , No daily housekeeping services
Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. On a positive note, we found the presence of a fridge in the room to be convenient, especially as there were no on-site options for purchasing drinks or snacks. Furthermore, a nearby convenience store and affordable pizzeria within a five-minute walk offered great alternatives. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that housekeeping services are not provided. WiFI was decent, no problems with a signal. the staff is gone in the late evenings. Also, you must memorize (or take a picture) of the door code. For whatever reason, our door key (e-card) expired, and we couldn’t get back into the room. Thank goodness this didn’t happen when the staff was off duty.

I would like to remind you that you booked a ground floor room so that it means that the rooms are in the same level with reception. Secondly, the shower gel that you found is for hair, too.Furthermore , we inform you upon your arrival that the housekeeping is not cleaning every day and the change of the linen and towels ae made every 3-4 days depending on the stay.We apologize for the key card but the are made every 2 months and it had to be renewed .Have a nice day,Kind regards,City Plaza team

The buildings across the street are abandoned and covered with graffiti giving the neighborhood a rough appearance. But once inside the hotel was clean, modern and inviting. The room as small but sufficient. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Posted 8 Sep 2023 on HotelsHelpful, kind and friendly at reception. Great location very near to train and bus station. Great shower, air conditioning and T. V. Could walk into the city centre. Good shops and cafes nearby. Lived up to expectation.
