"Polis apartment was great value, room was quite spacious for what we paid for in February 2025. Balcony and large room was nice! Walkable distance to sites in the area. We got a shuttle from the hotel for 35€ from the airport and 32€ back to the airport. Prices are reasonable for restaurants in the area. "

"The property itself is excellent with clean, updated rooms including comfortable beds, a kitchen area, a good shower and a small outdoor patio. Access is all provided through codes sent via email. This all worked fine, but we stayed two days and never saw a person on the staff. I don’t know how any type of problem would have been handled. The biggest concern was parking. "The place is a walking distance to dining, shopping, parks, sea and restaurants The view of the sea is quite stunning. I was quite impressed. The property manager is approachable and friendly. The property is spacious with a sofa. It has a washing machine. My partner and i had a very good time and will surely use the same place, if it is available. Highly recommended 👌. "

View from the balcony at the rear of the property was not the best (overlooking unkempt yards of other properties), but it was quite and the balcony is nice. The Gatto team arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport which was great as we were checking in late and the driver showed us to our room. "This was quite a noisy apartment, from rubbish trucks collecting most nights around 1am, someone in a pickup truck doing the rounds each morning repeating something on a speakerphone and general traffic. Broadband went down one morning, potentially an issue with non-payment of the bill. The apartment smelt stale, like someone had been smoking there at some point, despite opening windows this did not help. "We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "
