"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. It's very convenient to have a spa in a hotel! Breakfast was great (homemade Greek food)! Natasa, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly. We will return!"

"Staid Aug 22-29, 2023 with family in 2 bedroom apartment. Very friendly staff, we felt home away from home. Very clean cozy apartment fit well into our vacation needs. Breakfast was prepared by heart with variety of food in Greek style. Also, across the street 40 Platania restaurant with excellent Greek traditional food, excellent services and atmosphere. Definitely would come back and recommend. "

"Property wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained. Minor annoyances included -hotel requirement for caps in pool...they should provide [charge in room rate] or tell guests up front, -some staff in breakfast room need to be better trained. "

Loved it

"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. "We stayed at the newly built condo. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The pool and restaurant were good too. The gardens, the playground and the areas were the animals live could use better maintenance i.e. there were some nails sticking out from some pieces of wood, the protective floor at the playground was torn out etc. Overall it would have been a great experience if we had not faced a very disturbing issue with the restaurant: our son is celiac and we had chosen this hotel as it provides gluten free options (we had actually stayed there in the past and had no issues). However, this time our son was glutened as they provided us with wheat bread during breakfast assuring us it was gluten free. Luckily our son is asymptomatic but this is a very serious mistake - cannot even imagine what would have happened if our son was allergic and the restaurant poorly catered his needs. I spoke to the managers only after I asked for it and they said it was a one time human error however there was no action taken afterwards to rectify the situation other than a simple apology. Not sure I can recommend this property given all the above along with the fact that I think it is overly priced for its offerings."

"Breathtaking views of the sea and clean, modern interior. Beautiful be h nearby with dining options and a supermarket with fruit/ yogurt / nuts. A little far to walk to the nearby town so recommend having a car. Parking is on a fairly steep slope which may be challenging for some. Overall an excellent value."

"This property is beyond beautiful and far better in person than the photos which is hard to believe! Designed at a Small Luxury Hotel of the World, it certainly is deserving of such status. Stefano and the team are wonderful hosts and ensure every ask is accommodated. This is a resort to kick back and relax at. If you're looking for a location with a number of activities to do around the area, this is likely not your place. If you're looking for peace, tranquility and picture perfect views, you couldn't pick a better place. It may have just been the season or a one off but our check-out and final billing was quite unpleasant. We have still not received the final accounting bill via email despite the email address being corrected and provided again at checkout. For some reason the preauth on my Amex was not closed as a final charge requiring a second credit card and we then found out after our departure that there was still an outstanding balance. Inconvenient and options on how to clear it up were limited. Sending credit card details via chats and/or emails is not practical, safe or acceptable. I do hope they can develop some better processes in future to support the confidence and safety of their patrons' financial information. "

A comfortable room with a lovely view

"Our standard room was very comfortable, the family running the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and breakfast terrace look out over the pretty and well-kept garden with flowers and palm trees, a sand and gravel beach (good for swimming and the hotel has free loungers and sun umbrellas available) and the island of Evia across the sea. It's just fine - and good value - as it is but a little updating and a upgrading of breakfast ingedients would be enough easily to deserve a 9 plus rating!"
