1/5 Terrible
Awful experience
"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training.
I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad, then I asked for an orange juice, when I complained to the manager he literally told me “ this is Algeria! We don’t have a good service “. I asked for the bill and I had to wait also a long time, and the same amount of time to get the exchange.
The room was spacious with 2 balconies, but it’s very noisy because the kids are screaming and shouting in the beach, and at night there was some weird guys in the street playing a loud music and dancing.
The area overall doesn’t seem save.
The electric plug in the room doesn’t work, I figure it out in the morning when I saw that my mobile phone didn’t charged, I had to go to the reception to change it, I informed them, they didn’t take it seriously.
The bathroom sink was blocked by the way.
The carpet in the corridor was so old and smelly.
I really was waiting for the next day to leave, the only reason which stopped me was my work, as I had a night shift and I worked online, and when I tried to rest a few hours after finishing work the bed wasn’t comfortable, so literally I didn’t sleep. "
