So quite staff where amazing Breakfast was a good Australian feed Great walking to cruise Plenty places to eat at good prices Top for us was PAN CAKES AT THE ROCKS

Amazing location for my 6 night blitz in Sydney. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to tour. I only needed transit to get to the airport and that was a breeze even with rolling luggage. The staff were very helpful to me and I appreciated their professionalism. Thank you

Excellent position with a great view, convenient to the downtown and Rocks areas, lots of dining, easy to walk everywhere, convenient to transport.

The location is fantastic! My favorite part of the city. Walking distance to the port for cruises. Breakfast was wonderful. View from rooftop patio is breathtaking.

Hotel was very basic and requiring an update and renovation. Staff not overly friendly or accommodating. Lift does not access all floors so you have to drag your bag either up or down stairs. Would not wish to stay here again.

Location and staff wonderful. Property decor is dated. Carpets need replacing urgently, saw a number of older persons nearly fall after tripping on the uneven surface. Room was showing evidence of needing a very good clean. Dusty, dirty and mould. Evidence of previous guests evident in bathroom, doubt it's been cleaned in a while. Overall very disappointed and not sure how this motel has received 4 stars. For the money paid it was not great value for money, owner needs to spend some money here. Except for the location and staff.

I can’t help but think that this hotel rest on its location. The rooms are tired and certainly mine was dated and dirty. I have the feeling they just don’t care as they are always full with cruise passengers.
