First time visiting Chicago. Visited with my partner. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was smack in the middle of downtown. Booking again forsure.

The hotel staff was super friendly, always greeted you coming in and going out the hotel. I had the privilege of getting a room upgrade (a better view) and it made a huge difference. The hotel is in a great location where you can walk to almost everything. Very clean and gives luxury. The staff at the restaurant on site was also very nice and informative. Thank you Juan for all the info you gave. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Chicago.

Hotel staff were very nice! The hotel has a beautiful view of the city and is honestly, walking distance away from everything we wanted to see/do. will definitely stay again

The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the riverwalk, the staff was friendly and the location is convenient.
