This is my first time visiting Radisson Aqua Blu and it has been quite an enjoyable stay! The staff is very lovely and inviting, despite it being a little walk from Michigan Ave. I would definitely stay here again!!

I booked a hotel room w a bath tub like it showed in the photos online. When we arrived our room was a shower only and there wasn’t any accommodation for the disappointment. There were added resort fees and other unnecessary fees when checking out. The stay was not worth the money at all. Very disappointed with the staff who couldn’t accommodate or compensate these unnecessary fees for our stay.
