The guests are accommodated in non-renovated rooms with mould in the bathrooms, dust on furniture, and the venting is not cleaned, cracked tiles etc. The staff was friendly and accommodated me in a room, unfortunately, where the shower drain was not working.
The 5 star hotels need to stop taking customers for granted and act up to their ratings.

Nice quiet location.
Disappointed lack of WiFi in hotel fees. Dining options are prohibitively priced - even for breakfast where an over priced ‘al la carte’ option is only given. Having said that nicely located and friendly staff.
