I'm being billed twice for the room... By the Fairmont and again by Expedia Need corrected.

Had to wait to check in and out. Never received text that my room was ready. Luggage took over an hour to get to my room. No sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet. Picking up my car at the valet was a mess. I know it was New Years Eve/day but you need to be better staffed.

The check in line was 40 mins long. Our friends came a few hours before us and had the same issue. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean.
