The property is great but not without some issues that were super frustrating especially with no staff on site. Our room had no hooks or anywhere to hang our coats. The pot didn’t work on the stove and our tv didn’t work to get any local stations.

The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It is advertised to fit four people, yet I found it only suitable for two. The bedroom is small and has a big bed so it is very difficult to move around and difficult to open the small closet in the bedroom. You can’t have more than one person in the room if you want to move around and open the closet etc. The kitchen was good. The appliances were good. Nice oven and a tiny fridge. There was a dishwasher which was good but very small. The bathroom was the only spacious thing compared to the rest of the apartment. The closet space in the apartment is a joke! How can this apartment be suitable for 4 people when the closet space is only enough for one?! The living room is cramped. There was no washer or dryer. You have to go outside the apartment and use the common laundry machines. There are three washers with one broken most of the time and three dryers for the entire building. The staff in the entrance aren’t always there. Staff was kind and communication via WhatsApp was very good. We stayed almost a month and we were only allowed cleaning service once a week. In the end, I would say this is more of a studio apartment fit for no more than two people (we were two adults and two children).

An excellent apartment hotel. Tram lines were at the front door and it was a short walk to the city centre. The kitchenette was fully equipped enabling meals in suite. I would recommend.

Nice property in good location. Wonderful staff. We initially did not receive our code to check in because the hotel insisted that we had not paid for half of the stay. I had to email them copies of my credit card statements and copies of the receipts (that they had sent me) to clear things up. We paid extra for a larger "Comfort Apartment, 1 Bedroom" but were given a standard size room. The place has been recently renovated and several things didn't work in the room (safe did not lock, deadbolt on front door would not engage due to misalignment, wall switch for bathroom heat lamp was frozen in place and inoperable.

What a great place! We spent 3 nights, and everything was perfect for us. Kitchen was fully functional - I can live here for a long time! Only complain I have is there is no supermarket or bakery in waling distance i.e. 5 mins walk. But the tram station is about 100m away. We could take the tram to city centre and Den Haag cenraal in 10 minutes. I loved the walk in the Frederick street which leads to Echer Museum and Binnenhof. I love the stay at YAYs apart hotel and Den Haag!

Had a wonderful stay here. Great location for the beach and the centre. Great restaurants nearvy. Bed was comfy, pillow not so much, but ok. Wonderful, friendly staff. Our room had everything we needed. Listed for 4 people, I think it would be a challenge for 4 adults, as there would not be enough storage for suitcases. Worked with two. Very quiet. This was before Numa took over so can't comment on any changes they may implement.
