Very bad attitude from the stuff, they refuse to open the door and can't make check in, although my trip was delayed.

I went to the hotel no reception. And no room everything was closed and I had to book again and pay for another room in the ciry I had a tyre puncture and this caused me too much hassle

Hi!
Our reception is not 24h, as it says on our page and confirmation e-mail. Between 11 pm and 8 am the reception is closed, so for that reason you couldn't check in. We always try to call our late guests, but I believe that wasn't possible with the phone number you informed.
Hope you can come back in the future for a better experience with us :)

The customer service was poor.
The room was extremely dirty and dark.
Cannot enjoy the time in this hostel.

Worst Hostel Ever
Posted 23 Jul 2019 on HotelsI have traveled to over 60 countries and frequently stay in hotels and hostels, and I have to say that this was my absolute worst experience that I can remember. The hostel itself is dark and cramped. The maze of dark hallways is a dangerous fire hazard and I am surprised that it passes code. I had a very negative experience with the management double charging me, as well. They changed their justification/story a few times, but the one that they settled on was not plausible, and even if true, was not a proper justification to keep my money. It was the kind of customer service experience that sadly is somewhat common in the Netherlands; way more focus on trying to prove they are "right" than putting the customer first. They also have a mold or fungus problem in their shower as I developed some kind of minor rash. I normally love a good hostel; I stayed at King Kool one night of my visit and they were amazing: better location, courteous staff and location, way more spacious, and better amenities. In short, do not stay here, stay at King Kool.

The hostel was very clean, including the toilets and bathrooms. The bathrooms were also spacious. However, the bedrooms were quite cramped. It's impossible to sit up in bed because of the low headroom.
