"The location is fantastic, just minutes from multiple tram and bus lines and across the street from a supermarket. We loved being in the center of the shopping district and only a short walk from numerous restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a great view of the Grote Kerk. Was nice to have a fridge and cooking facilities. There are ample shared washers and dryers which is appreciated. "

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "
