During 6 hours, no electricity or water and No elevators.
Was not informed timely, would have looked for an alternative

Very convenient location for the public transit. Plenty of food available on site. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff.
Posted 7 Jul 2024 on HotelsExcellent weekend stay in a beautiful modern hotel with tasteful decor and fantastic staff who were both helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from Central train station and just outside a tram stop. First visit to the city and this hotel has left a lasting positive impression.

Room could have been cleaner. Dust was visible everywhere on the floor. Blanket had a stain on it, so did the coffee cups in the room! Mattress was old and uncomfortable too. Staff was friendly! And the breakfast Buffett was acceptable.
