Very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff; you were made to feel very welcome. The hotel building is wonderful from an architectural standpoint and many of the original features had been retained. My room was large and airy with big picture windows. Hotel and rooms were extremely clean; they have excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a most enjoyable stay.

Quiet,
Decent size room,
Only security box - no mini fridge, no coffee machine, no napkins
They have a free coffee machine at reception.
Clean,
WiFi very good,
Reception very good
I hope it helps. With these small adjustments could be easy a 5* reviews.

Air con ok , quiet, and reasonably effective.
Free tea, coffee water a welcome touch . Helpful staff

A beautifully adapted period property offering comfortable rooms in contemporary style. The hotel is adjacent to the Grote Kerk in the heart of the historic centre close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff could not have been more helpful. A superb hotel for a visitor to Den Haag.

Den Haag all the features of Amsterdam
Posted 17 Jun 2024 on Hotels Historic building with access to tram lines and both RR stations. Rooms modern and clean. Multi-lingual staff was polite and attentive.. Also museums, historical gov't buildings nearby. Short train trip to Amsterdam for day trips . Numerous restaurants and clubs nearby. All in all a quieter and less expensive Amsterdam.
