What a brilliant find, right in the centre of Delft and a couple of minutes walk from the train station. A huge room and a huge comfortable bed. Great nights sleep and with great staff on reception, what more could you ask for! Will be back.

The location is good. The room is nice with high ceilings and you do not hear the outside at all, or the lifts etc. Location is five star. That's the only good part. Staff are polite but have no initiative or ability to help with anything. Room was not cleaned, bathroom flush does not latch, one light in the bathroom was not working, there was no kettle or coffee maker. When you ask staff they never do anything without repetition. We landed early and were waiting for our room at reception. We were the only ones waiting for over 2 hours, yet they only confirmed the room was ready after we asked again. Parking is expensive and reception won't tell you how it works. Reception manager was outright rude. It is not a 4 star, the stars are for service.

No good if you have luggage. Spread around 3 buildings, stairs and underground parking far away for19.20 euro despite they say it has parking on site. That's false there is none.

This hotel is located very convenient to Delft. Walkable to every attraction. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is wonderful!

Lied about Parking - No explanation

When we arrived we were told they had a partnership with a parking at the other side of the city and that we could leave the park there for free. We wasted time going back and forth between the parking and the hotel. Next day when we do the check out the woman at the desk simply said that what we were told was not true and did nothing for us but to give us an email address. Even when we asked for a the supervisor or a formal complaint. We could have stayed at a parking in front of the hotel for the same price. But the worst is their customer service... nonexistent.

Well located. Old, tiny place

The hotel is really well located. It does NOT have parking. If you plan to bring your car consider 20 additional euros. Some areas smell really old, rooms are tiny and ours had a view to an alley plus the windows had just small ventilation, with no AC the night was quite warm (summer). Going upstairs with suitcases was not very practical. But we were ok and Delft was worth the visit!
