Efficient check in,comfortable accommodation. The hotel was cold in some places, guests had coats on in some communal areas . On the whole though a lovely relaxing stay .

We paid for a Hilton hotel as a treat we would normally stay in a Premier Inn but cheapness ! However we feel it wasn’t a Hilton experience! The bathroom wasn’t very clean, hair in the sink and skirting boards full of dust , the toilet roll holder was hanging off so every time it was used the paper fell off ! The toilet seat slipped to the side every time it was sat on ! The wardrobe door was hanging off, and had to be adjusted after every use !! Small things but very annoying all the same.

The rooms we were allocated was next to garbage collection and was an eyesore going in and out of it

Massive family room, very convenient. Excellent location. Not very easy of hauling large suitcases up multiple flights of stairs… but the room made it worth the climb!

Breakfast horrible eggs just like rubber, bacon tough and nut right warm. Properly was dated and chipped wood, floor in corridor had big dips in it so if you were unsteady on your feet you could have hurt yourself.

Limited parking at the property & cannot reserve a space prior to arrival. Rooms are located across different buildings so you may need to leave the main building to get to your room
