"This was our 2nd visit, and we just love the loft units. 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs comes in quite handy! We also enjoy the fact that if the weather is cooperating, the outdoor pool and hot tub will still be open. The free parking and breakfast is another major draw, as is the location near Coligny Beach and the shopping plaza. I even get to enjoy my coffee on a balcony."

"The place was very clean, but some maintenance issues needed to be taken care of, like the ceiling sprinkler system in the bathroom installed but not trimmed out Not a fan of housekeeping cleaning the room every two days -- it seems better to have the bed made daily and fresh towels. The toilet paper seemed very rough. Staff was nice. Breakfast was well stocked. "

"1. My reservation was for a room with wheelchair access but when I arrived my reservation was changed. I can only surmise that it was changed due to the "two adult" portion of the reservation being recognized, but the wheelchair access was ignored. Staff wasn't able to change rooms because of unavailability. 2. Although staff was extremely courteous, especially the breakfast waitress, Jennel Williams, who made my experience at this Holiday Inn tolerable by almost making me forget the room...
