The hotel is not the same as in the pictures. The area around is not the great.

I presume it is a result of being short-staffed, but the change to a 10 am checkout time is SUPER annoying. They even phoned us to make sure we were going to be out of the room by 10 but when we left there was no one cleaning rooms on our floor. And all the dumb rules you have to initial at checkin. You can’t even have someone in your room who isn’t a registered guest? Absurd. After numerous stays I’m not sure we will stay here again unless the checkout time is changed.

Remove his hotel from your listing
Posted 30 Oct 2022 on HotelsPull out bed was broken. Hotel was a ghost town had hardly any other guest. Parking unsaftey notice scared me and made me worry about my car all night. There was no hot water. Dead flies everywhere, clearly no one cleaned the room.

The rooms were quiet and the parking was fenced in and felt safe. The free breakfast was a joke. Coffee and stale bagels(1-2 out when I walked up around 8am). The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was there for a conference and this was the most affordable location that included parking. Downtown is horrible about parking, you will pay 30$ to self park or $40 for valet where the conference was at. So realistically you can cut through the nonsense and just take an uber from the hotel 1-2x a day and be happy.

When we checked in early Friday morning the first room they gave us the door would not lock. So the second room they brought us to the door locked but the room was dirty and there was no hot water they said they would call maintenance but they never showed up. The third room they gave us was good except the fact that we went through three sets of room keys because they would occasionally stop working.

Stay somewhere else
Posted 24 Oct 2022 on HotelsCame here with a group of friends and in total we had 5 rooms between all of us. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm was removed. The room next to us smelled like smoke and the room across from us smelled terribly of urine.
I could get past that, a little febreeze and that was cleared up. What really got me was when I walked outside of my room at 2 AM cause one of my friends walking back to her room said a random woman was trying to get into my friends room and he hadn't returned yet. She was obviously drugged up and had come up through one of the side entrances of the hotel and I had to ask her multible times to leave my friends hotel room door alone or I would call the cops.
Front desk said she was there often and knew of her and yet she still somehow got inside and tried to enter into a room.
Aside from that, the beds were nice and the staff were responsive and nice as well but I would never stay here again, I know that deadbolts and additional locks are supplied, but we shouldn't have to worry about random people from the street trying to break into our rooms in the middle of the night.

Just ok for a one night stay.
Posted 24 Oct 2022 on HotelsLocation was just ok-it was convenient but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. You could tell that they were trying. The parking lot was gated and well lit and we didn’t have any issues there. We were on the third floor and it reeked of pot smoke. There were dead and live flies in our room upon arrival. Pull out sleeper sofa was falling apart. It gets discouraging when you travel with 5, say you are traveling with 5 and yet the rooms are NEVER set up for 5. Two towels and no extra bedding for the pull out. No coffee maker in the room. And the water wasn’t warm for showering. Tepid at best.
Positives-beds we comfortable (minus the broken pull out) and other than the dead flies it was seemingly clean. Not sure if recommend. It was fine for a one night stay.

Save your money! If you’re expecting privacy, forget it. The curtains do NOT close so people are able to look inside the windows. The longer we stayed (only stayed 18 hours and were gone for 5) the more disgusting it got. There were crumbs all over the floor, a sticky substance on the floor, and for the grand finale, the bed. My friend got into bed and felt something wet. IT WAS URINE. Keep in mind, we checked in, were there long enough to get ready, then went to an event. The bed had been made, covering the urine. When we voiced our concerns and showed staff the pictures (yes I have proof), the best they could do was say “Oh no” and look at me with a blank stare. SAVE YOUR MONEY
