The check in was smooth and room is quite clean. But the AC doesn't seem to function well. I'd like it to be a few degrees warmer but the HVAC didn't respond to the thermostat at all. Another awful downside is the air freshener sprayed in the room. It gave me a really bad headache. Not everyone likes or hates air freshener smell. So if the hotel doesn't need it to cover some foul smell in the room, suggest not to use it but leave a spray can to the guest.

Saturday morning breakfast started at 7:30am. This was later than expected. Other embassy suites properties start at 7am on weekends from what I remember. It caused a bit of delay and stress for international flight departure. I just wasn’t aware of the start time until checkin

They had a problem with the key, unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the full stay, since I didn’t have key properly working to get in the pool area and gym facilities, other than that all great
