Pleasurable. The location really isn’t convenient, but the hotel itself is very accommodating.

Unreal hotel right behind the Tower of London. Five star all around. VIP benefits with Expedia provided me an amazing upgrade to a residence for my week in London.

Lesson learned
Posted 6 Jun 2024 on HotelsI saved money for many months to be able to reserved a sweet room for $1500 a night that was overrated in many aspects it even didn’t have a view of anything I have stayed in before in a less prestigious hotels that have a better room than the sweet that I got at a four seasons London it’s honestly didn’t raise to my expectations. Note I did stay in August of 2023 in the four seasons Chicago and it was a great experience but London four seasons wasn’t worth the money

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone very nice. Great concierge services. Great Ball Staff.
Would definitely stay there again
My only complaint is that the water is “hard”. It takes a lot of water to wash soap off.
