I would suggest being more clear in the description that this is not a hotel, but student housing that is temporarily empty for the summer break. "

"Love this place! I was traveling with my aunt and uncle and the two bedroom apartment with a view of the water was wonderful. The apartments are in a really cute part of town and there are some fun restaurants within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a little grocery store, and a great bakery. Just note... the parking is VERY tight. If you have anything other than a compact, prepare for a very tight squeeze... especially if you are parked up against one of the support beams."

"Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. "Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Area perfect. No issues. Just the location wasn't as close as some people may like. Cab around €9-€11 but that's the only bad thing. Which is minor. But will definitely be staying there again. Definitely recommend it. Especially a group of people."
