"Lovely guest house about 30 mins from Trier in a national park. Host on site to welcome. Large ensuite room with bath and separate shower. Comfortable bed. Free parking. There is a upstairs terrace to sit out on. Not sure about a pool, there's a public pool across the road. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it."

" The best part of this hotel is the architectural features which the owner has kept and respected the history of the building, which used to be a train station. Everything from the rooms to the restaurant downstairs are absolutely beautiful. I wish I could live here! We checked in on a weekday night, and had no communication problems with the owner despite the fact that my husband and I do not speak German. Our room was very comfortable, we had a bedroom, a living room with a pullout...
