"The resort is breathtaking! It was a beautiful elegant feel throughout. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast here and all the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and will be a great place to come back to next time we're in Khao Lak!"

"The hotel did not have a reservation for us, though we had paid for it through Hotels.com. Fortunately, they had a room available, but not the Family Suite I had booked on Hotels.com. The resort accommodated us the best they could, but there was a disconnect somewhere in our booking."
