"My husband and I had an amazing time at SAMSAM. The staffs that SAMSAM is super friendly and super responsive. The food by SAMSAM is absolutely delicious! The resort is located in a great area, and near by is walkable beach and local cafe and restaurants! The resort also offers bike rentals and scooter rental for fee which allowed us to explore the island! I would highly recommend SAMSAM :) "

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to be able to make our own meals some of the time to avoid joining the crowds in town. It was a beautiful and remote location, with great views. "If you are in a big group, if you want to cook and if you want a cozy private pool, it is a great place to stay. It is better to buy drinking water and food before reaching to the house. TESCO LOTUS is near by so you may ask airport taxi driver to stop by if you are coming from airport. Pictures on the booking page was precise. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen utinciles were enough. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Great location but service is below par. Ferry from pier to hotel can be a hassle. Checkin experience was slow and painful too. Staff is courteous but doesn’t seem too bothered towards customer comfort or requirements. However, the location is great and private beach is nice too. So if you are here for few days of quiet, relaxed holiday - it’s fine. But if you want to go to other parts too , it can be a hassle and you would loose time in transfers. Food / restaurants at the hotel are expensive...

"Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers. "

Great stay, wonderful staff and delicious breakfas

"Our stay was excellent! The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast had a great selection and was tasty. The pool area was great with comfortable lounge chairs. The room was comfy, great A/C and clean. The staff quickly fixed our shower when we had a problem. All of the staff were friendly and provided great service, especially Pom, who made great margaritas and was very attentive. "
