"This is one weird hotel. Not bad - I gave it four stars! But definitely unusual. The dominant motif is concrete - my friend called it Utopic by Cemex. An industrial look everywhere. Not bad! But not standard hotel decor. The rooms are named after chemical formulas. We stayed in NaCl. Beds were comfortable. Seating was ok. The room was huge (2 queen beds). The bathroom was spacious and had a door to the toilet and 2 sinks. The shower was a puzzle and we had to call the desk to figure out...

"Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. Staff are super nice and having someone prepare eggs for us with the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent restaurants very close by. "

"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"A very well situated apartment in one of the City’s best neighbourhoods. The metro and metro bus are nearby. Roma Norte has some very chic and desirable restaurants, plus some up market shopping. Jorge the manager speaks very good English and is extremely helpful in all manner of things. The building is very secure and has a roof terrace, laundry and small gym. Highly recommended. "

"Casa Miravalle is in a lovely location right across the street from a pretty and well-used park. Our place was quite spacious and well-equipped, though dark. The doormen are lovely! The hotel is generally not as nice as the photos, our terrace has a pigeon problem and needed a good scrubbing. But the rooms were very clean and overall the building has good bones. I was very disappointed that the rooftop was unusable due to construction next door. It’s quite a big project and seems be moving...

"Good location. Quite safe. In the corner of an intersection and right in front of a night club. During the weekend can get very loud. We slept with our fan on as white noise to help with the noisy environment. I think for the price there may be better options. But overall pretty ok. "I like to stay here after flying from the U.S. and before catching the bus to Puebla or other places like Guanajuato. No rushing about. I’m older and like a slower pace. On my way back to the states I do the same thing. Waiting in their lobby for flights is nicer as well in my opinion. Just cross the covered bridge and you are inside the airport. "
