First of all we didn't get the room we had reserved and still had to pay the same price. Second we came in on a day that it was snowing like crazy and there was no heater on so it took 5 hours for it to get warm in the room which they should have had it turned on before we got there knowing that's the room that we was going to get. And you need to get new mattresses for the beds at least a mattress pad over them cuz it was hard. Other than that everything was perfect.

Rude manager. First he told me pet fee was more than quoted on website and what we discussed when I called. After a series of other questions I asked, the clerk onsite got mad and said he was denying my reservation. That would have been fine, but hotel kept my money and has refused to refund it.

Thos is a clean and charming place to stay. The owner is amazing and very helpful.

The chair and foot stool in room were dark with dirt. Ice machine has been broken for 3 years . The train 3 times a night was not great either

False advertising
Posted 2 Sep 2024 on HotelsThey will charge you another $9.75 upon arrival. Absolutely ridiculous. Non-refundable rate so you're trapped in to paying that.
