Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I liked they had free parking. Very clean. What I didnt like was we were told they only provided transportation Thursday to Sunday. We were there on Monday, the day before New Years Eve. Very dissapointing we were not told this ahead of time and ended up walking to Bush Gardens. Several people I heard talking about it and were upset about it also. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Newer buildings and very clean, great breakfast…lighted parking area

Should have asked for a room away from the elevator. Whoosh sounds were interesting at first, annoying from then on.

Very friendly staff. The hotel has a shuttle to and from amusement park.

We prefer having a safe in the room, we weren’t notified that housekeeping wouldn’t be available and had to go get towels from the front desk but no big deal.
Front reception was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was hot and fresh.
Overall, we would not hesitate to return.

I was at this property several times this year. It was convenient to places I needed to get to.
Staff is friendly, property is clean.

The room, bed, atmosphere, and staff were ALL great!!! Would come here again and recommend this place to friends and family. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The gym was nice as well.
