Terra Natura is a zoo whose vast enclosures contain exotic animals from across the globe. Its innovative zoo immersion design makes barriers invisible, allowing you to get closer to the majestic creatures without looking through cages. Travel through the zoo’s diverse sections of Asia, Europa, América and Pangea.
Watch your kids interact with the costumed entertainers that roam the park. Puppet shows and donkey rides are among the activities available for children. Take a break with some food at one of the restaurants scattered across the park’s four realms. Peer at the animals out the windows as you enjoy a meal.
Visit the Asia zone for the fearsome king cobras and pythons. Gaze at elegant elephants, as they trudge across the land and spray each other in their pond. This zone has a children’s play area and a typical Rajasthan village called Namastepur.
Step into the Greek village of Kalicameni in the Europa realm and study the fallow deer, roebucks and swans. Here, you can watch an engaging sea lion show. Head to América to learn of Maya traditions and marvel at the anteaters, jaguars and monkeys. In Pangea, observe poisonous lizards, snakes and frogs.
Note that Terra Natura is part of the Magic Natura complex, whose water world allows you to snorkel with sea lions and rush down thrilling slides. Stay in the Polynesian cabins that make up the Theme Lodges zone.
The site opens at different times according to the season. Check the website for details. Get tickets online or at the ticket booth and receive discounts for families.
